Services

For the past twenty-five years, I've been helping people of all ages enjoy wellness and success in classrooms, in workplaces, in communities and in homes. I offer practical tools that empower adults, teens and children to be better, kinder and happier. Sessions are not covered by insurance and fees are discussed during initial, free, 30-minute consultation. Sliding scale is available.

As a social worker licensed (LCSW) in the state of Oregon, I am able to provide psychotherapy/counseling to Oregon residents only. Coaching services (parenting, life/career planning) are available to both Oregon residents and non-residents.
